The Keyes Company 30K Program creates a win-win scenario for home sellers and real estate professionals alike.  The program, open to all Realtors in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Volusia Counties, has helped participating sellers promote their property extensively through a variety of extra venues, while offering a unique incentive for real estate associates. When the contest began, Realtors were challenged to reach 40 closings on the properties enrolled in the program.

Keyes hosted a celebration of the closings of forty 30K properties on May 23, 2007. The Realtors who sold the Keyes 30K properties were invited to use their knowledge in a fun Game of Skill modeled after the popular “Deal or No Deal” television show.  These selling associates, who represent several different area brokerages, vied for three cash prizes:  $15,000, $10,000 and $5,000. The game involved estimating the median sales prices of homes in selected cities across the United States.

Eileene Sloan, a Realtor from RE/MAX Partners, achieved first place in the game of skill and was awarded the grand prize of $15,000.00.  The property she sold was located in Broward County. Susan Andersen, a Realtor from RE/MAX of Stuart who sold a property in Martin County, placed second with a prize of $10,000.  The $5,000 winner was Andrea Simkin from Keller Williams, who sold a property located in Palm Beach County.

“It has been exciting to present this opportunity to the entire real estate community, enabling associates from any company to enhance service to their clients,” said Mike Pappas, President/CEO of the Keyes Company.  “In this program, every member of the real estate transaction is a winner.

“With double to triple the inventory of homes available today’s versus one to two years ago, home sellers benefit by enrolling their property in the Keyes 30K program to obtain additional exposure,” Mike Pappas concluded.
